NRO grant for ACA research
We have received a new grant from NRO to validate and develop further our Automated Conversational Assessment (ACA) system, the pedagogical framework, and the validation.
Background
Our research line on Automated Conversational Assessment (ACA) has another success story to share. We were granted a project in the NRO call "Inzicht in onderwijsvernieuwing 2024" on Automatic conversational assessments for formative and summative purposes in higher education. The project will be led by Prof. Joosten-ten Brinke and will be collaboration between DACS and SHE of Maastricht University, and Fontys.
The plan is to further develop our prototype and to establish stronger learning analytics foundations and field validation of the ACA technology.
